NSW nomination

Applicants for the NSW 190 Priority Occupation List (NSW 190 list) have the additional requirement to be currently living in NSW and to have been employed in NSW for at least one year in the nominated occupation.

NSW invitation

Applicants who have been invited to apply for NSW nomination should check the FAQs in the newsletter to ensure they continue to meet the requirements for invitation.

Professional year points claims

Five points are only available for a professional year in accounting for the nominated occupations of

• Accountant (General) (221111)
• Management Accountant (221112)
• Taxation Accountant (221113)

Professional year points are not available for:

• External Auditor (221213)
• Internal Auditor (221214)
• Finance Manager (132211)

VETASSESS offers Subclass 407 Training plan for applicants planning to complete occupational training or improve their skills in an eligible occupation.
